The goal for Uber One’s student campaign was clear: connect with the college demographic through genuine, high-energy content. Teaming up with Ole Miss quarterback Jaxon Dart, we ventured to Mississippi to capture the essence of student-athlete life. Our production focused on authenticity, blending Jaxon’s natural charisma with dynamic visuals that resonated with the target audience. It wasn’t just about showcasing a product; it was about telling a story that felt real, relatable, and aspirational for students navigating the demands of college life.
Filming on location in Mississippi presented its unique opportunities and creative puzzles, all of which fueled our process. We aimed to create a visual narrative that felt both polished and unscripted, a balance that’s key in today’s media landscape. From setting up shots that highlighted the campus environment to capturing Jaxon’s personality between takes, every decision was geared towards building a campaign that felt less like an ad and more like a glimpse into a world Uber One seamlessly integrates with.
